A biscuity, lightly woody Helles Lager brewed with freshly tapped maple water from Wild Acres Farm (Chester, MA).

This unique Lager started as 620 gallons of maple water, freshly tapped from Wild Acres Farm (Chester, MA). The precursor to syrup, maple water’s lightly woody flavor and slight sweetness made for a perfect base to the mash – to which we added maple-smoked and Pilsner malts from Blue Ox Malthouse (Lisbon Falls, ME).
