This crisp IPA was brewed with Amarillo, El Dorado, and 240lbs of raw wildflower honey, locally sourced from Autumn Morning Farm in Barre, MA. Citrus and floral hop character lead to an unexpectedly dry finish – the honey’s sugars are easily fermented and only a touch of lingering sweetness remains. In other words, this balanced beer is all your hop and honeycomb-dipped dreams in liquid form. Named after Warren Zevon’s smash hit “Lawyers, Guns, and Money”
