An IPA brewed with Amarillo, El Dorado, and 240 pounds of raw honey.
While the addition of that much honey may scream sweet, this beer is quite balanced. Citrusy and floral hop notes lead to a slightly dry finish, with a touch of lingering sweetness. In other words, this beer is all of your hop and honeycomb-dipped dreams in liquid form. Named after our unofficial brewhouse anthem, “Lawyers, Guns, and Money” by Warren Zevon.
