Barista
Part-Time
Pepita Coffee Co., 284 Broadway Taproom
We’re looking for a barista to join Pepita Coffee Co., our coffee shop nestled inside Lamplighter Broadway’s front taproom. Want to learn how to pull the perfect espresso shot or whip up a creamy matcha, all while spending mornings in our cozy cafe? This is the position for you!
The Position: Baristas are responsible for making and serving all coffee drinks, interacting with patrons, taking orders, and occasionally running food / drink to customers. Baristas are also responsible for managing the register, bussing tables, and keeping the space clean and organized. New baristas will be trained on all things coffee and cafe operations. Qualified Baristas may be promoted to Lead Baristas, and / or train on brewing cold brew depending on position availability.

Barback/Door Person
Part-Time
Openings Available at Cambridge Crossing and Broadway Taprooms (110 N. First Street or 284 Broadway)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and eager barback to join our team. All our front of house team staff start as barbacks, so if you’re interested in working in the taproom as a bartender this is the role for you!
The Position: Lamplighter barbacks are assistants to the bartenders. They are responsible for keeping the taproom clean and organized, washing and drying glassware, restocking supplies and filling water, changing kegs, and helping out with service in whatever way is necessary.
What We Teach You: New staff will be trained to manage crowd capacity and interact with intoxicated customers. All employees are also provided with a working knowledge of general beer and brewing, and a complete understanding of Lamplighter’s history, operations, policies, and procedures.
