Seven Sisters

Brewed with toasted malts and fermented with a mixed-culture blend, this ruby-hued ale from Lamplighter's Luminary Collection was then oak-aged on an abundance of cherries. Once deliciously tart, with notes of burnt sugar and dried fig, we moved Seven Sisters onto fresh raspberry puree for a delightfully fruity finish. Drink fresh or cellar.
