Midnight Hour

This luscious Imperial Stout aged in 8-Year Elijah Craig bourbon barrels for a full year. While aging, Midnight Hour’s rich, roasted malts melded seamlessly with the nuttiness of the bourbon. The wood itself contributed a layer of warming spice character, along with a subtle smokiness. In the summer of 2024, our brewers emphasized this beer’s smooth, chocolatey flavor profile with a generous dose of Tanzanian Vanilla Bean. Full of sophistication and depth, this beer is Lamplighter’s first collaboration with The Luminary Society, Lamplighter’s yearly bottle society membership geared towards barrel-aged beer lovers.
