Masuko is a Rice Lager made with upcycled Ginger from Bon Me. The ginger carries through on the palate along with the flavor of lemongrass. This along with the citrusy hop character gives the impression of an easy-drinking gingerade. The rice doesn’t contribute flavor, but helps to lighten the body.
