What’s your go-to coffee order? A cold brew (black) or a cappuccino with oat milk depending on the season and my mood.

Favorite style of beer? My favorite style of beer is a sour, so I am of course a huge fan of Lamplighter’s Margot.

If the zombie apocalypse were to hit tomorrow, what would you take from the brewery to help you survive? The massive hose that I clean the rubber bar mats with. It’s extremely powerful.

What’s your favorite way to eat potatoes? Fries. I think potatoes are best as a vehicle for condiments.

what would you yell about? I could tell you a lot about peat bogs.
