If you had to drink one beer for the rest of your life what would it be? I think that nothing has ever hit me like Oxbow's Fantastic Planet. Mixed fermentation with herbs and spices. 

What’s your favorite way to eat potatoes? Loaded mashed potatoes for sure

If the zombie apocalypse were to hit tomorrow, what would you take from the brewery to help you survive? The big knives from CX. Then, I would try to move one of the brewery vats to use as a panic room of sorts. Finally, kegs for entertainment and incendiary purposes.
