If you had to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Parmigiana di melanzane.

Favorite style of beer? It is really season-dependent. I'm really into sour/berliner weisse beers in the summer and during the winter I love a pastry stout. But I think I'll go with my first love: IPA.

If you could go to a concert of anyone, living or dead, at any time in their career, whom would you want to see? Little Simz, Genesis, Pink Floyd
