With its rich malt profile, velvety body, and smooth finish, we felt that Dubliners would provide a perfect backdrop for additional aromatic complexity. We added Amburana wood– a type of Brazilian oak prized for its intense spice character and a sweet, slightly smoky quality.

After aging on Amburana chips for several weeks, the stout took on distinct notes of baking spice and honeyed graham cracker, accented by a subtle impression of charred wood. Amburana has a strong flavor impact!
