Cherry Bomb

Cherry Bomb is a derivative batch of Blitzen, our Belgian Dark Strong Ale brewed for the holidays. Originally brewed in 2022 with cinnamon and nutmeg, this batch aged in second-use sherry barrels with cherry concentrate (100% reduced cherry juice). The sugars from the cherries did not re-ferment, adding body and complementing the character from the sherry barrels. A delicious, draft-only beer perfect for pairing with dessert.
