Astronomy on Tap

Share a pint with us on June 9, 6-8pm and learn about lunar exploration in the age of Artemis! The speakers will be Martin Elvis (Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian), the co-chair of the International Astronomical Union’s Astronomy on the Moon working group, and Jade Wang (MIT Lincoln Lab), laser communications lead of Artemis II mission.

Please note that Lamplighter Brewing Co. CX requires 21+ with valid government-issued IDs or minors accompanied with their 21+ parents or guardians. Otherwise, we welcome everyone to attend! It’s first come first serve, with no RSVP required.

Each FREE Astronomy on Tap event features accessible, engaging science presentations on topics that reveal the mysteries of our Universe! Most events also have games and prizes to test your new knowledge! There is also plenty of time to ask questions, interact with presenters, and chat with other scientists who stick around for a beer.
