Picnic in the Park with Food for Free

Join us on Thursday, August 10th, at our 110 N First St Cambridge Crossing taproom to celebrate the incredible work Food For Free does in Cambridge with a community picnic in the park! Grab a friend or two and join us in the park right outside our “CX” taproom where we’ll offer expanded outdoor seating in our large beer garden, an outdoor bar, spaghetts, some of our favorite patio games, and fresh wood-fired pizza courtesy of Lala’s Neapolitan-ish Pizza. It’s an Italian-inspired evening in one of the best park spaces the city has to offer.

It’s going down from 5 pm – 8 pm, it’s free, and it’s for a great cause! And yes, all the dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas. If you’re looking for a way to further give back to the community, there is an option to add a direct donation to Food For Free at checkout. They do incredible work expanding access to healthy food across the local community, and we couldn’t be more honored to partner with them this quarter.

Together with Food For Free, we brewed a Golden Ale with Lemon Thyme called About Thyme. A dollar from every taproom pour and four pack of this collaboration beer will go directly to supporting Food For Free’s ongoing work.

Please note that an RSVP here does not guarantee entry, all outdoor space is first come first serve and due to capacity restrictions there may be a line. We’d recommend coming early to beat the line and have first dibs on taproom seating. In the event of rain or other inclement weather, we’ll post a makeup date on our social media.
