Mei Mei x Lamplighter In-Person Dumpling Class

The wait is over and we’re bringing back our in-person dumpling-making classes. Learn the art of the handmade dumpling with our friends from Mei Mei, two-time winner of Boston’s Best Dumplings from Boston Magazine.

This class covers everything you need to make dumplings at home, from hand-folding dumplings to learning a perfect pan-searing technique to creating your own dumpling sauce. Then, we’ll expertly pair your dumpling with a tasting flight of four delicious brews!
