Littleburg Vegetable Kitchen (Vegan!) Beer Dinner

On January 22nd we are teaming up again with our friends, and longtime pop-up partner, Littleburg Vegetable Kitchen on an at-home beer dinner. Join us for a four course meal featuring their award-winning plant-based cooking, with a signature modern Mediterranean touch. And as usual, we’ve paired each course with a Lamplighter beer. Here’s how it works: Pre-order now, for pickup at the brewery on Friday 1/22 anytime between 12 pm – 8 pm. Then, tune in for a virtual call with the Littleburg and Lamplighter teams at 7:30 pm for guided preparation instructions, and to chat about each of the pairings.
Briouat – crisp pastry stuffed with lentil and potato. With parsnip-cornmeal fondue, dry purple basil.
