Cheese Night with Formaggio

We’re partnering up again with the cheese experts at Formaggio to bring you a super special take-home experience, virtual cheese night! They’ve hand selected cheese pairings to perfectly complement a selection of our beers.

Pre-order your cheese plate and beer through our website (link below). Then join us for a livestream class to chat about each pairing with the Lamp and Formaggio teams.

You order comes with one of each of the following beers, as well as a portion of cheese to pair with each. The pairings:

• Barley Smalls (Vienna-Style Lager) with Farmdal Gouda
• Banchan (Sour Wheat Ale) with Abbay de Tamie cow’s milk cheese
• Jamberry (IPA with Blackberry and Boysenberry) with Brebis du Haut-Bearn sheep’s milk cheese
• Lawyers, Guns, & Honey (IPA with Wildflower Honey) with Fourme d’Ambert Blue
