Big Wave Guardians Surfing Documentary Screening
August 17 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
“Big Wave Guardians” risk their lives to save others in the world’s most dangerous waves. Come by our Broadway taproom on Wednesday, August 17th to join us for a special screening of this epic and inspiring documentary.
Hawaii’s North Shore is the world’s most dangerous 7-mile stretch of beach. Massive swells, life-and-death rescues, and “the best job in the world” – yet often the most hazardous one – is the compelling drama of Hawaii’s big wave guardians. As surfers push the limits and crowds increase, a small group of heroes have reinvented water safety on a parallel track to the rising dangers. Surfing’s elite watermen risk their lives to save their friends while challenging a realm beyond. Check out the trailer for the film here.
We’re tapping our brand new West Coast IPA early just for screening attendees. Purchase tickets to be among the first to try our aptly named West Coast-New England hybrid IPA, Endless Summer.
