Join us for the September edition of our monthly beer and cheese tasting, co-hosted with our friends from Formaggio Kitchen. This time, the class is focused on our favorite fall flavors – think pumpkin spice, roasty malts, freshly-harvested hops, and beyond! It all takes place in our beautiful light-filled CX taproom.
If you’ve ever wondered what cheeses to enjoy with a roasty Porter, or curious about some unique seasonal cheeses, you won’t want to miss our Fall Flavors tasting class. We’ll sample a range of Lamplighter’s seasonal favorites, each paired with a curated cheese selected by the expert cheesemongers at Formaggio.
On Monday, September 11th at 6:30 pm, join us upstairs at our Cambridge Crossing taproom for our monthly beer and cheese pairing class. We’ll walk you through a cheese board curated by Formaggio and flight with comprehensive tasting notes and style descriptions. The class spotlights a variety of delicious cheeses alongside an array of our very own beers. You’ll leave knowing a little bit more about beer, brewing, cheese making, and how to put together a successful beer and food pairing.
Each ticket is for one person and grants you access to the event at our 110 N First Street “CX” taproom, seating, a flight of four 5 oz pours, and cheese board for one. This class is great for groups, date night, or folks hoping to make new friends. All the seating is family-style and first come first serve.
