Join us for the August edition of our monthly beer and cheese tasting, co-hosted with our friends from Formaggio Kitchen in our beautiful light-filled CX taproom. This class is focused on a wide variety of barrel-aged beers.
If you’ve ever wondered what cheeses to enjoy with complex and sophisticated barrel-aged beer, or if you want to spend a summer evening enjoying fresh flavor pairings, you won’t want to miss our Barrel-Aged Beer tasting class. We’ll be trying a range of Lamplighter’s unique beers from Sours to Barleywines, all from our award-winning barrel aging program!
On Monday, August 7th at 6:30 pm, join us upstairs at our Cambridge Crossing taproom for our monthly beer and cheese pairing class. We’ll walk you through a cheese board curated by Formaggio Kitchen and flight with comprehensive tasting notes and style descriptions, spotlighting a variety of delicious cheeses alongside an array of our very own barrel-aged beers. You’ll leave knowing a little bit more about beer, brewing, cheese making, and how to put together a successful beer and food pairing.
Each ticket is for one person and grants you access to the event at our 110 N First Street “CX” taproom, seating, a flight of four 5 oz pours, and cheese board for one featuring a selection of four cheeses sourced by Formaggio Kitchen. This class is great for groups, date night, or folks hoping to make new friends – all the seating is family-style and first come first serve.
