Beer & Cheese Pairing Class: Gouda Times

If you’ve ever wondered what beer to pair with the most popular cheese board at our CX taproom, Gouda Vibes, or if you just want to spend a January evening warming up with some nutty cheeses, you won’t want to miss our Gouda Times tasting class!

On Monday, January 9th at 6:30 pm, join us upstairs at our Cambridge Crossing taproom for our monthly beer and cheese pairing class. We’ll walk you through a curated cheese board and flight with comprehensive tasting notes and style descriptions, spotlighting a variety of Goudas alongside our very own beer. You’ll leave knowing a little bit more about beer, brewing, cheese making, and how to put together a successful beer and food pairing.

Each ticket is for one person and grants you access to the event at our 110 N First Street “CX” taproom, seating, a flight of four 5 oz pours, and cheese board for one featuring a selection of four locally sourced cheeses.
