A Farmhouse Ale fermented for 1.5 years in French oak barrels with a wild Saccharomyces yeast and whole raspberries.

To further boost sweetness and fruit character, we transferred the beer to stainless for three final months of conditioning atop a healthy dose of additional raspberries. The final blend is complex, elegant, and subtly sour; Raspberry Fields sports an effervescent bouquet of ripened raspberry with delicately tart flavors of rose, geranium and stone fruit.
