Coquito is our take on a traditional Puerto Rican holiday nog made with coconut cream, spices and rum. A base stout was brewed with oats, lactose, cinnamon stick, and shaved nutmeg before fermenting on toasted coconut and aging in rum barrels. The result is a festive and full-bodied stout with balanced flavors of rum, winter spice, coconut, and milk chocolate. Drink fresh or cellar.
