Central Square is an experimental beer with prominent notes of dried fruit and a subtle richness. Intending to achieve delicate harmony between body and tartness, we blended several unique projects from our cellars, including a Brett. fermented beer aged on Balaton cherries, a bourbon-barrel aged Porter, a Wild Ale aged in French oak, and a Belgian-style Quadrupel Ale. Together, they form a silky, tangy, and undeniably complex sour. Drink fresh or cellar.
