A wild beer aged in French oak barrels for over a year and fermented entirely with our house strain of Brettanomyces.

A smooth and bright acidity is complemented by subtle underlying funk, layered atop flavors of fresh strawberries, ripe pineapple, and candied peach rings. The result is refreshingly tart, fruity, and unique. Sip slow and savor.
